Welcome to the Enchanting

Corinthian Grand

The Corinthian Grand at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel & Spa Liverpool not only offers a beautiful setting for your special event, it is also steeped in history too. With its huge marble pillars that tower over breathtaking mosaic floors, this stunning room dates right back to the early days of our building, which was built in 1846. Created to mirror the iconic architecture of The Corinthian order, which is the last developed of the three principal classical orders of ancient Greek and Roman architecture, the name “Corinthian” is derived from the ancient Greek city of Corinth.

Recreating the look and feel of ancient Greece, the Corinthian Grand offers the same spectacular columns that support intricately detailed ceilings in a space that not only offers breathtaking beauty; but also provides the ideal setting for your special occasion. Imagine the look on your guest’s faces as the marvel at the magnificent splendour of our iconic sweeping staircase, or just think for a moment about those wedding photos with the bridal party stood against a backdrop that offers such unrivaled grandeur.

The Corinthian Grand can be used as part of our special wedding packages or hired out individually depending on you specific requirements and we think you’ll agree that nowhere can come close to this architectural masterpiece.
